Maternity, family, portrait, engagement photo sessions on the street/at home/in nature/at the studio*:
1. ON FILM or ON DIGITAL CAMERA: 900 zł / 220 eur.
DURATION: ~1 hour.
PHOTOS: ~30 photos, delivered within 3 days - 3 weeks (depending on the season).
2. ON FILM + ON DIGITAL CAMERA (perfect option for families with kids): 1500 zł / 360 eur.
DURATION: ~1-1,5 hour.
PHOTOS:~50 photos, delivered within 3 days - 3 weeks (depending on the season).
The deposit for booking the date is 200 zł / 50 eur.
GIFT CERTIFICATE (1. or 2.) is valid for 6 months (for 12 months +200 zł / 50 eur) and can be used only within Warsaw. Available in both paper and PDF formats. Free delivery via InPost.

By booking the date, you accept the terms of cooperation set out below.
- The date is considered reserved after payment of a non-refundable deposit. The remaining amount is payable on the day of the photo/video shoot.
- The deposit covers preparations and the reservation of the session date. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances; however, the booking may be rescheduled (maximum twice), subject to availability.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (illness, accident, force majeure), I reserve the right to reschedule the session or refund the deposit in full.
- I do not provide "raw" files, as they constitute unfinished material.
- By making a reservation, you agree to the use of the photos/videos in my portfolio, on social media, and for the promotion of my work. If you do not wish your facial image to be shared, please inform me before making the reservation.
- I do not perform deep retouching or alter appearance; I only remove temporary imperfections such as pimples or scratches.
- I reserve the right to select which photos/videos will be edited and delivered. I do not perform re-editing or changes upon request.
- If you are late for the session, that time will be deducted from the reserved session time. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the session is considered canceled, and the deposit is forfeited.
- The outcome of the photo/video shoot is the result of the joint efforts of the photographer and the client, therefore responsibility for the result rests equally with both parties. You understand that the quality and sharpness of the photos/videos often depend on weather conditions, location, time of year, and the mood of people in the frame on the day of the assignment.
- If you plan to have third parties present during the photoshoot, you are required to notify me in advance and you agree that any interference on their part affects the outcome of the shoot and does not constitute grounds for a refund or a free reshoot.
- When publishing the photos/videos, please tag me by mentioning my name or social media profile, if technically possible.
- Transport to locations outside Warsaw is organized or paid for by the client.
- Edited photos/videos are stored for a limited time after delivery (30 days). Responsibility for downloading and securely storing the files after this period lies with the client.
- In the event of loss, damage, or destruction of photos/videos due to causes beyond my control (in particular equipment failure, data writing errors, damage to storage media, actions of third parties, accidental events), my liability is limited to a maximum refund of the fee received.
- I am not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, loss of future use of the materials, or intangible losses, including those related to the subjective evaluation of the artistic result.
